Event
1.This Event is managed and executed by Sphinx Adonis Events International for Ducati.
2.Keeping safety in mind, Ducati reserves the right to swap a rider’s course according to his/her level as per the instructor’s feedback
3.Riding gear like one piece riding leather suit, Gloves, Boots, Helmet and Back protector is mandatory.
4.Full refund will be provided in case of cancellation due to Malaysia government announcement of Covid 19 related restrictions which impact this track day or attendance at the event.
5.No refund will be provided in case the event is cancelled due to an act of God/ natural catastrophe(E.g. rain, storm, earthquake, etc)
6.Sphinx Adonis Events International reserves the right to reduce or increase timings of the session/s due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.
7.DRE Racetrack Academy certificate will be provided to participants who complete the training successfully.
8.Sphinx Adonis Events International reserves the right to remove any rider from the event who does not follow the rules set by the Ducati instructor, and the racetrack. No refunds will be processed in such an event.
9.The participants agree to unconditionally indemnify Ducati & all its subsidiaries of liabilities of any kind pertaining to this event.
Refunds
1.In case of cancellation of the event due to Covid-19 reasons and regulations, the participant can opt for complete 100% refund (Re-funds will be processed within 2 weeks) or alternatively get a confirmed slot for the re-scheduled DRE session (Dates for which will be announced later).
2.Participants can not claim refund post booking, as slots are provided on first come first serve basis
3.In case of cancellation due to bad weather / rain on the event day, refund will not be provided. The track time will be reduced as per the circumstances.
4.Booked slots for courses are not transferable.

1.DOT Full Face Helmet (Non modular)
2.One piece racing suit
3.Racetrack specific boots and gloves (Back protector highly recommended)
Medical Insurance
Sphinx Adonis Events International does not provide medical insurance. All riders are responsible for providing their own, personal medical insurance coverage.
