Course details and programme

The Track Master Course is designed for those who want to approach the world of competition, are already racing or want to participate in a high-level track day, and need personalised teaching to fully exploit their potential.

This, the most advanced of all the DRE courses, adopts a more specific racing format, with in-depth theoretical analysis focusing on riding techniques aimed at maximum performance and its repeatability. You will also receive information on how to fine-tune your bike.

All the bikes for the Track Master will, in addition, be equipped with the DDA data acquisition system, which ensures the use of telemetry at any time. In this course you will ride the new Panigale V4 S.

Panigale V4 is the first mass-produced Ducati motorcycle to be equipped with a 4-cylinder engine, closely derived from the Desmosedici of the MotoGP.

The course will take place over a day.

During the briefing, the Technical Director Dario Marchetti will deal with topics such as: bike management in order to maximise performance in terms of lap times during the different stages of riding; rhythm control with the assistance of fixed and chronometric references; influence of suspension quotas on bike dynamics; tyres, choice of compound and use of tyre warmers.

Participants will be divided into small groups of three, each of which will be guided by an expert instructor. Groups are formed beforehand according to your stated experience.

However, participants will be evaluated by the team of instructors during the first session in order to create uniform groups based on demonstrated riding ability. After the groups have been formed, five practical sessions will be held. Before and after each session participants will receive feedback from your own instructor.

Participants on the Track Master Course enjoy four exclusive track sessions and one shared with Track Warm Up and Track Evo. In this manner, pupils will have the chance to make the most of the track and the techniques learned during the day.

Since the Track Master Course focuses on the more extreme techniques of sports riding, it is recommended that you have already participated in lower level DRE courses.

Equipment and bike

The bike used for this course is the new Panigale V4 S, equipped with DDA data acquisition system.
