Groups are allocated as per your track experience and slot booked. You will get to know your instructor at the briefing area on the day of the event. Each instructor will call out their group member names after the initial briefing session.

No. Only the Instructor holds the right to change a rider’s group.

The technical clothing required for the course consists of a Helmet, a one-piece leather suit, back protector, riding gloves and boots. (A Two-piece suit, zipped together from hip to hip is allowed but only for Intro sessions).

Yes, all riders have to strictly sign the indemnity form at the time of registration. Without signing the indemnity form, the riders will not have access to the training sessions. Once you sign the indemnity form all riders have to collect their indemnity bands given to them by the event team.

No, the slot fees do not cover medical or any type of insurance for the riders. Sphinx Adonis Events International does not provide medical insurance. All riders are responsible for providing their own, personal medical insurance coverage.

All the riders need to have medical insurance to cover all their expenses in case of emergency. Sphinx Adonis Events International and Ducati will not be responsible for any kind of insurance and coverage.

Yes. The racetrack will have an Ambulance on standby along with a medical team to cater to the emergency on the track. This facility will be available only during the event timings.

The Slots fee paid by a rider covers the following:
–        Access to the event
–        Training sessions with Ducati certified instructors
–        A Panigale V4 S for the training sessions, along with fuel and tyres
–        Meals – Lunch and refreshments at track
–        Hotel stay for 2 nights and 3 days, inclusive of breakfast and dinner
–        Access to the sundowner party at the track after each day of riding
–        TO and FRO airport and track transfers

All food arrangements have been made keeping in mind the diversity of the event. However, the menu has been designed to cater to the needs of all guests. All guests with dietary restrictions are advised to serve themselves only once they are sure about the particular food item. Please consult our F&B team if you have any questions.

For all Ducati guests, parking will be provided at the parking lot. Signages will be placed to direct you to the parking area.

Registration desk will be located in the pit area.

You need to follow the directional signs put along the roadsides. These signages will lead you to parking lot.

Provision for separate male and female changing rooms have been made at the circuit. All riders are responsible for their own belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss.

Lunch will be served from 11:50 hrs to 14:00 hrs.
