2026 is the year of the Ducati Centenary: A Century Made of Seconds.
Memorable achievements, on the track and around the world. Radical innovations that have changed the way motorcycles are built. Iconic designs that have redefined the way they are admired. For one hundred years, Ducati has been a place where courage pushes limits, ingenuity finds new solutions, and passion never settles.
Discover the stories, events, and initiatives that celebrate Ducati’s first hundred years: a celebration that starts in Borgo Panigale and reaches across the globe.
One hundred years ago, in a city that was learning to imagine the future, three brothers sparked an idea. From that moment on, Bologna and Ducati have never parted ways: the same road, travelled together for a century.
From September 4 to October 5, 2026, that story returns to the places where it was born and grew: a citywide exhibition created for Bologna, an invitation to rediscover a shared heritage — the story of a brand that carries Bologna and Italy around the world. Four iconic locations in the historic city centre host four chapters of a century-long story that belongs to everyone.

To mark its centenary, Ducati launches a series of special projects that turn its 100-year legacy into experiences to be heard, seen, explored, and remembered. A narrative that moves beyond the road, coming to life through art, travel, imagery, and new creative collaborations.
Collection 100 was created to celebrate the allure of the legendary liveries that marked key turning points in our evolution, captivating enthusiasts and giving rise to true collector’s masterpieces today.
The ultimate expression of Ducati innovation to celebrate 100 years of performance: an extreme, road-homologated motorcycle, accompanied by the Tricolore version, limited to 100 collector’s examples with a hand-painted livery inspired by the #618 750 F1 and the iconic colours of victory.
Competition is where Ducati pushes beyond its limits and rewrites the rules of the game. From the Gran Sport Marianna’s first outing on track to the Ducati Lenovo Team, which brought the Borgo Panigale manufacturer to the milestone of 100 MotoGP victories with 15 different riders: one hundred successes that, in Ducati’s Centenary year, tell a story of passion, innovation and speed. Making this century even more unforgettable is Nicolò Bulega, who ends the season as WorldSBK Champion: the first Italian to achieve the feat with Ducati and the first rider in history to win both the WorldSSP and WorldSBK titles.
Records shattered, titles claimed, milestones reached ahead of everyone else. On the track, Ducati has turned excellence into a habit, leaving an indelible mark on the history of motorsport.
Superbike, Monster, Multistrada: designed to defy conventions, they have rewritten the rules of the industry, generation after generation.
Ducati has always relied on the scientific method to drive innovation, from track experimentation to the development of production motorcycles. This is how groundbreaking solutions are born, many introduced by Ducati for the first time and later setting new benchmarks for the entire industry.
Over time, we have defined our style principles, creating a true Ducati design. Our method is clear: “Reduce to the Max.” We remove everything that doesn’t serve performance or emotion, highlighting the essence of form. A consolidated aesthetic language that carries our signature worldwide.
Since 1957, the year of the first around-the-world journey on a Ducati by Monetti and Tartarini, travel has been part of Ducati’s identity. Exploring is also about pushing beyond limits, turning dreams into real experiences.

In the eighteenth century, the Grand Tour was born, with Italy as the destination that forever changed those bold enough to journey through it: the same sense of wonder Goethe captured in his Italian Journey. In Ducati’s Centenary year, Expedition Master 2026 carries that spirit forward with two Italian routes that bring the legacy of the Grand Tour into the present.
A hundred years of Ducati have been shaped by people courageous enough to imagine what did not yet exist, turning insights into tangible projects, visions into achievements, and dreams into milestones.
Being a Ducatista means choosing a motorcycle as an expression of your identity and authenticity. It’s why Ducatisti seek each other out, meet, and share the joy of belonging together.
